Council of Governors raise concerns over cost of healthcare

The Council of Governors has raised concerns regarding the rising cost of healthcare in the country even as the doctors' strike persists.

Kisumu Governor Jack Ranguma, the chairman of the Health committee, said there was urgent need for a universal healthcare system to address the problem.
