KCB unveils loyalty programme to reward customers

NAIROBI, KENYA: KCB has launched a long term, bank-wide Loyalty and Reward Solution dubbed Simba Loyalty Programme designed to create a full customer-friendly reward mechanism. 

In a bid to retain its existing customers, the Bank aims to attract new customers and encourage the existing ones to transact more using preferred channels countrywide. The program will enable customers earn points through e-payments, Agency, Mobile, and internet banking transactions, card transactions, insurance payments, deposits and loans.
