DPP Keriako Tobiko approves charges against Lamu West MP Julius Ndegwa

The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Keriako Tobiko has approved proposed criminal charges against Lamu West MP Julius Ndegwa.

Ndegwa is accused of irregularly withdrawing Sh1.6 million from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) kitty for construction of a cattle dip.
