Earlier today, after a recording emerged of Hon. Alfred Keter appearing to threaten officers at Gilgil weighbridge, the Director of Public Prosecutions recommended that the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and the police take immediate action against him.
The Presidency fully supports appropriate legal action. The law will take its course.
