Homabay: Homa Bay Agricultural Training Centre, which is to become a constituent college of Maseno University will be named after the former trade unionist and minister for Economic Planning, the late Tom Mboya.
Governor Cyprian Awiti yesterday penned an agreement with the university management that will see the establishment of Tom Mboya Memorial University college, the first university in the county.
