Celebrated Kipchoge Keino, the President of the National Olympic Committee of Kenya, will not be arrested when he returns to the country, police sources say.

Yesterday, detectives at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations said Dr Keino would only be asked to share information he may have concerning the mismanagement of the Rio 2016 team.
