David De Gea brands sexual abuse claims as false

David De Gea insists allegations that he organized a meeting in which two girls were "sexually abused" by Spain Under-21 teammates are "all false".

The defiant Spain goalkeeper stressed that he will stay with his teammates at Euro 2016, claiming he felt "even stronger".

The Manchester United No 1's international colleagues refused to take questions or comment on the 25-year-old's situation after reports on Friday in Spanish newspaper El Diario revealed the contents of a protected witness statement that named De Gea in a wider prostitution and people trafficking case.

But De Gea came out and completely denied the claims, assuring fans that he would play for Spain if called upon.

"It is all a lie," he said, speaking ahead of Spain's opening group game against Czech Republic on Monday.

"I feel even stronger about staying with the national team now... it is all false and it is in my lawyer’s hands"

"I never thought about leaving [the camp]. It gives me more strength to train even harder"

"I'm still very relaxed, just want to train and do what I like to do. I just want the tournament to start and to play."

"I am a quiet guy and it is difficult that something affects me, and when something is false more reasons not to be affected.”

"I was playing the Playstation in the room when I was told about it. Above all I wanted to tell my family, so they know this is all false, and they can be relaxed.

"I know what I have done with my life. It is all false.

“I have no idea where reports came from or how I could be [mixed up] in this. I am very relaxed, and I can only say it is all false.”

De Gea and Iker Muniain have been implicated by testimony given in the investigation of porn baron Torbe - real name Ignacio Allende Fernandez - who has been jailed for a number of offences including child pornography, extortion, trafficking and sexual exploitation.

A female witness, whose identity is being protected and is named only as TP3, was giving evidence against Torbe in which she claimed that the porn site owner was also the head of a prostitution ring that abused women from both Spain and abroad - some of them underage.

The witness, who was forced into Torbe’s network of prostitutes, has given evidence that she was grabbed by the arm and forced into a bedroom with another girl and two footballers in a five-star penthouse in central Madrid.

The police report reads: “The new girl and TP3 were sexually abused by the men, since if they had said no they were physically abused by both, and once finishing with the sexual desires of both footballers, they made threats that nothing that had occurred in the hotel room should ever come to light.

“Neither TP3 nor the other girl that was in the room received anything for the physical and sexual aggressions they encountered, with Torbe taking all the earnings.”

On May 6th, TP3 revealed the names of one of the footballers who abused her as Iker Muniain, while she chased David De Gea - named as having organised the ‘party’ with Torbe - for the identity of the other.

TP3 says that she made it clear to Torbe, in front of the footballers, that she had no wish to take part in the ‘party’ and that the players insisted no recordings be made as to not affect their playing careers.

Torbe - real name Ignacio Allende Fernandez - has been jailed for a strong of offences including trafficking and sexual exploitation, and is named in the documents

De Gea and TP3 maintained contact via instant messaging app WhatsApp and the Manchester United man discussed a new encounter with the woman.

The goalkeeper is set to stay with country for now - amid false reports that he's leaving the squad
