Ingredients:
Ø 8 Bacon rashers
Ø 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
Ø 500g (1 packet) spaghetti, boiled but firm to the bite
Ø 2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
Ø 4 eggs
Ø 1 cup cooking cream
Ø 2/3 parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Ø Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Trim the bacon and cut into small pieces, then fry and set aside on a paper towel.

Add the mushrooms to the same pan used to fry the bacon and fry.

In a glass bowl, combine the eggs and cream and mix

To the spaghetti, add the mushrooms, bacon, oregano and the combined eggs and cream, cook over low heat, stirring until the mixture starts to thicken.

Remove from the heat, stir in the cheese, season with black pepper and salt.

Serve hot
