Confessions: I am so shy around men it makes me feel as if I'm invisible

 

I am so shy around men

I’m a 27-year-old woman with (I’m guessing) low self-esteem.

I feel invisible and I’m really shy and get nervous around men.

I think this is probably down to the rejections I’ve had in the past.

I’ve also been bullied and made to feel worthless in relationships.

I don’t feel that men acknowledge me as a person. I don’t even know if they find me attractive.

I’ve given up on love as it has never happened for me.

I’ve never met someone amazing who made me feel alive.

I don’t know what to do any more.

I need help!
