‘Bunge la Wazalendo’ member gives meaning to Tialala and Tibim - leaves the crowd in tears

Jubilee and NASA have now launched their manifestos – everything that is to be done is now out in the open.Though critics have argued that the NASA’s manifesto launch seemed a little bit boring, what’s important is both parties have set the stage for voters to decide on which policies to follow.

Though critics have argued that the NASA’s manifesto launch seemed a little bit boring, what’s important is both parties have set the stage for voters to decide on which policies to follow.

On KTN News’ election coverage special ‘Kivumbi 2017’, Zubeidah Koome hosted a panel of experts, critically analysing party manifestos, their believability and how they can be implemented.

From the audience, a member of the Bunge la Wazalendo (as they have been dubbed) kept yelling “TIALALA” AND “TIBIM” every time the host asked a question.

His response, when asked to explain the meaning of the two words, left everyone in the crowd amused:

“Tunasema ya kwamba tialala ni kurarua rarua. Kutibim ni kuenda mbele…”

He later went on to express his dissatisfaction with the Jubilee government, asking for more jobs to be availed to the youth.
