Linda Okello raised temperatures and tempers when her shapely figure redefined the Kenyan police uniform as we knew it. While she faced disciplinary charges from the force, Kenyans stood by her arguing that Linda’s only crime was having such an amazing body.
However, Russians will not have a voice on that because their Interior Ministry has launched a crackdown on the increasing trend of short skirts in the police force.
According to Moscow Times, a ban has been placed on all modifications being done on police uniform as it undermines the authority and discredits the police force.
It’s not just the policewomen taking scissors to their skirts, the policemen are also hacking off their sleeves, probably hoping to impress/scare the people with their guns.
