Lawyer sues Jubilee administration over achievement website

Law Society of Kenya CEO Apollo Mboya

Former Law Society of Kenya CEO Apollo Mboya has moved to court accusing the Jubilee Government of breaking election law by launching a website on its achievements.

Mr Mboya, in his suit filed yesterday, argues that the Government cannot use public resources to advertise its achievements during election period, which he said is against section 14 of the Elections Act.
