Fair to showcase chemical products set for Nairobi

A popular trade fair where chemical companies in the East African region will be given a platform to showcase their products is set to be held in the country next week.

The trade fair dubbed Kenya Chemex Trade Fair 2016, is also aimed at enabling start-ups in the chemical industry build relationships with established players to strengthen their businesses.

Key items to be showcased in the trade fair include machines and equipment that are much needed in the chemical industry.

“The Fair presents opportunities to meet decision makers, investors, important business consultants and government officials who will facilitate the execution of trade agreements and procedures,” organisers of the Fair said in a statement to newsrooms.

“We also aim at promoting Intra-Africa trade by opening trade between East Africa and the North Africa regions,” the organisers said in a statement.
