Defence Cabinet Secretary Racheal Omamo has called on women to make a difference in the positions they hold now.

She noted that not everyone can make it into leadership positions. But whatever efforts, little or big, that they put in will have an impact in pushing the women's agenda.

"Women lead all the time in various ways. We all have different talents and opportunities we can seek as individuals, " said Ms omamo.

She also called on the older generation to mentors the youth so that they can seize  opportunities.

She added that doubt will always arise in the minds of anyone but an individual should be brave enough to venture into new places.
