Airtel Kenya opens customer service shop in Kakamega

Airtel Kenya has announced the opening of a new shop at the Mega Mall in Kakamega town. This is part of the company's commitment to deliver best service experience and make its mobile solutions closer to its consumers. The inauguration ceremony was graced by Kakamega County Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Forestry Executive Robert Sumbi who was representing Governor Wycliffe Oparanya. Sumbi commended Airtel for bringing its services closer to the people of Kakamega. "Apart from solving customer queries, I believe that this new customer service shop will also cater for innovative mobile solutions and devices which our people require from your company," he said. Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi noted that, just like devolution in the system of governance, Airtel is committed to bringing mobile money, data and voice solutions closer to the people to increase customer satisfaction through convenience and ease of reach of the customer. "It has been our endeavour to enhance the experience for all our customers across the country. Through this new customer service shop, we have an opportunity to give them the overall retail experience that Airtel has to offer," he said, adding that the launch of more shops around the country is a key achievement and underlines the importance of engaging with consumers on a daily basis.
