KCAA engages counties to revive dormant airstrips

NAIROBI: Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) is engaging county governments hosting airports and airstrips to discuss their use and how to enhance security of our air-space.

KCAA Chairman Samuel Poghisio said counties are well-placed to jump start operations in dormant airstrips and maximise usage of underutilised aviation facilities due to decentralisation of investment projects.
