Manchester City midfielder Frank Lampard has offered "massive congratulations" to his old teammates after they secured the Premier League title.

Chelsea won the league for the first time in five years after beating Crystal Palace 1-0, and former Blue Lampard said Jose Mourinho's men were deserved winners.

He said: "A massive congratulations to all my old teammates and friends at @chelseafc for winning the Premier League.
