Chavakali High receive 'Y' as neighbouring schools record improved performance

VIHIGA: A sombre mood engulfed Chavakali High School, Vihiga County, with teachers and students assembling in small groups after they learned that they could not access their last year's KCSE results.

Journalists and parents were equally locked out of the school compound, with the security man saying he was acting on orders not to allow anyone in the school.
