Mombasa Church leaders welcome new security laws

Mombasa, Kenya: A section of Church leaders in Mombasa has welcomed the newly passed Security Laws (amendment) Act , 2014 and the endorsement of the new Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery saying they were likely to improve the security situation in the country.

On Sunday evening, Presiding Bishop of the Ushindi Baptist Church Joseph Maisha, led leaders and faithful in supporting the new measures saying the country was undergoing a trying moment that needed immediate measures.
