Kenya has the structures and fan base to host any of the International Rugby Board (IRB) World Series competitions.

Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) Chairman Mwangi Muthee confirmed that the country has put in a strong bid to the IRB and hopes it will be cleared to stage one of the nine rounds of the World Series.
