NAIROBI, KENYA: Parties in a case where the former Youth Development Fund Chairman Gor Semelango wants the Mathare By Elections slated for August 7 postponed, have been directed to file and serve their responses by July 25.
High Court Judge Justice Mumbi Ngugi further asked the parties to exchange their skeleton submissions by Friday in readiness for the inter parties hearing next week.
