Shockingly delicious spinach balls
Getting children to eat vegetables is sometimes an uphill task. I found a way to get my children to eat and enjoy them. I serve this with pasta and cream sauce or spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce. The children love it.

Ingredients:
? Spinach, blanched, drained and chopped
? 250g bread crumbs
? 20g grated parmesan cheese
? 1 teaspoon garlic powder
? Salt and pepper to taste
? 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
? 60 butter, melted
? 2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 3500F/1750C
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients to form a large ball. Shape into small hand size balls and place on an oiled and foiled baking tray.
Place in the oven and bake for 10/15 mins or until cooked through and browned.
Serve that with spaghetti and homemade tomato sauce.
