Nairobi, Kenya: Nairobi residents must brace themselves for tougher times as the county government has introduced new taxes, which will increase the cost of living and dying. The residents will now have to pay more for mortuary services, graves, maternity, markets, houses, parking, transport, accommodation and hawking.
