Njoka battery scandal

Outspoken Maendeleo ya Wanaume Chairman Nderitu Njoka, who has been vocal on cases of women battering their husbands in the recent past more so in Nyeri, is now on the receiving end. This, after a woman claiming to be his estranged wife Rebecca Njeri arrived at Njoka's rural home to return her dowry seeking to end of their customary marriage. His now ex-wife claims that during their four-year marriage, Njoka physically assaulted her. Sophia Wanuna travelled with Njeri to Nyeri for the ceremony that did not go without drama, here is that report.
