KEPSA on youth employment

The government and Kenya private sector alliance have partnered to offer internship opportunities to at least 11,000 young people within the next four years. The pilot programme was launched today with 1,350 jobless youth. It targets young people who have a minimum of standard eight education and offers life skills and proper work ethics in what is seen as a better engagement for young people after failure of the kazi kwa vijana initiative.
