President Uhuru Kenyatta has confirmed Ms Kellen Kanze Dena to the position of State House Spokesperson and Head of the President's Strategic Communication Unit (PSCU).
The President's decision was conveyed in a brief statement to the media this afternoon by State House Chief of Staff Nzioka Waita who wished Ms Dena success and called on all stakeholders to support the new PSCU head success.
