Did opposition Chief Raila Odinga's handlers block a top diplomat from meeting him? Well, Grapevine has learnt that the Western envoy made frantic efforts to talk out Raila from withdrawing from the presidential race.
Sources indicate that immediately Jubilee leaders led by President Uhuru Kenyatta started talking of Raila quitting the race, the diplomat started reaching out to the former premier to reconsider the stand. But the National Super Alliance (NASA) handlers made it impossible for the meeting to take place.
