Remember when DP Ruto told Waiguru she catwalks and she has 'kizungu mingi'? Here is what Kenyans are saying after the DP attended Waiguru's inauguration ceremony

Former Devolution and Planning Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru was a suspect in last year's (2016) National Youth Scandal where Ksh 791 million was looted.

Waiguru, however, maintained that she was innocent until EACC cleared her name off the scandal.

While Anne Waiguru was still under investigations, she dragged Deputy President William Ruto's name in the NYS scandal and the DP told her to "stop giving us catwalks... you presided over theft..." which had a lot of Kenyans talking. 

Anne Waiguru was on 22 August 2017 sworn in as Kirinyaga Governor after winning the August 8 election and DP William Ruto attended her inauguration ceremony. 

Governor Anne Waiguru seemed pleased that the DP attended her inauguration ceremony as they shared quite a good moment together.
