Belief in Christian God is blinding Africans!

Saddened by the levels of poverty which has wrenched his home turf in Ugenya, David Ohito a Standard Group Media employee has seen it good to quit his job so that he can improve the lives of his fellow residents in a capacity of a leader.

Mr. Ohito said that it is so hurting to see the best student in his village of Ayot,from a humble background nearly missing his chance to join his High school of choice due to lack of school fees.

He further added that there are several students who have been chased away from school because their parents are unable to pay for them school fees.

According to him with only weeks into politics, he has had over 100 requests for school fees, uniform support, and medical appeals.


He said that given the opportunity to serve his people he will deal with the cases of the unemployed youths by ensuring that they have a way they can fend for themselves.

Given that where he comes from a lot of youths participate in sports he said that he want to champion for sports, football stadium, a sports academy and a music academy.

Ohito in his agenda is set to help women access loans with low-interest rates which they can use to start small businesses.


Having worked closely with a number of residents he believes this will give him an upper hand of serving his people because he understands their needs.
