We all sweat. It’s part of our body’s natural process to help regulate your temperature and get rid of toxins. When this sweat comes into contact with the bacteria on your skin, it provides a good environment for the bacteria to thrive. Body odour is a by-product of this.
Body odour isn’t restricted to the armpits. It can also come from genitalia, feet, breasts, upper thighs and even your eyelids. While all of us are prone to body odour, some people have it worse due to hormones, poor hygiene practices, certain medications, diet and lifestyle.
