The woman legislator has in the past few weeks been crisscrossing the county distributing empty 6kg gas cylinders to women and girls claiming the initiative will help them combat rape as no girl or woman will go fetching firewood from the bush where they are exposed.
A majority of the women and girls from the rural county are now wondering what to do with the empty cylinders, with some selling them at a throwaway price to buy unga.
