Security was heightened and roads closed in Mbarara, a municipality in South Western Uganda, as the groom’s entourage and that of the bride snaked in at the venue to celebrate a traditional wedding ceremony between Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni’s niece Rosette Barunga and Betin Kenya regional director William Mugambi.
President Museveni, who was represented by his son, did not disappoint as he showered Mugambi with gifts worth over Sh10 million after a successful traditional wedding ceremony.
