Why I dumped the boardroom for a pulpit

By Dr Charles Ndifon | September 5th 2018

He is currently known as Apostle Dr Charles Ndifon, a well-known, widely respected business strategist and consultant to major corporations around the globe. He is Chairman of Kingdom Business Group and founder of Kingdom Embassy Network. He has spoken in many parliaments on strategic planning, good governance and nation building.

Ndifon, a son of the Royal Family from the monarchy in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, studied engineering but for three decades, he has been preaching the Gospel. A part from his ministry he is also the Executive Producer and Host of the television program, Adventures in Miracles. Ndifon is also an author and a philanthropist.

From an Engineer into an Apostle. How did that happen?

That’s sound interesting, actually I discovered this while I was an engineering student in Nigeria. I committed my life to Jesus Christ in the 1986 and became actively involved in campus ministry. I received a personal call to the ministry in 1987 and became more and hungrier to see the power of God flowing through my life.

This hunger led me to begin to search the scriptures afresh. While searching through the word of God, asking questions, and calling out to God, the Lord began to reveal himself alive. I discovered that Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever. The Lord showed me the vital secret of action, in the exercise of your faith for healing.

What a start to your apostolic calling. What goes through your mind when you see sick people, crippled, blind and lame get healed?

Well, I am a son of God and I am doing his work which He (God) has sent me to do. I know God is using me to stir up faith among his followers.

Every journey of faith has a memorable moment. What is yours?

(Laughs) There was this morning just few days after getting born again, I was walking with a friend of mine in Lagos-Nigeria when I saw a disabled beggar. He was crippled following an accident 12 years earlier. I stopped and told him what God had done in my life. Surprisingly, the man believed in Jesus Christ and was healed on the spot. This experience forever changed my life and ministry. I began traversing Nigeria, ministering in evangelistic crusades. There were many miracles signs, and wonders which followed my ministry.

God sent me to the United States and Canada in 1990’s, where I held campus crusades and conferences in churches with great miracles, signs and wonders following the ministry night after night.

You are not well known in Kenya until Tent of Testimonies Ministries International invited you here. What do you bring to Kenya?

When you read the Bible you will realize that it speaks about the work of God, ‘You do not choose yourself to be His servant. God knows all and when the right time come, God revealed himself to us and direct us where to go for his work.’

Most people are wondering why TOT, yes it’s a small church and just a year old, but this is where my Father has sent me to go just like during the birth of Jesus Christ, there were many places he could have been born but God chose for him to be born in a manger. This explains why I have turned down every single invitation that I have received from some of the biggest churches in Kenya.

For the last three decades I have been obedient to the voice of my father and that’s why I have never failed whenever I am doing God’s work. TOT is the place where God wants us to perform his great work. I call upon Kenyans from all walks of life to show up and witnessed this great miracle session that will take place in the next two weeks.

At one time a Danish journalist -Henri Nissen did an independent probe into your ministry and documented several miracles in a book titled: God of Miracles. What would you tell the people who doubt miracles?

You are a journalist and part of your job is verify every single story you want to share with audiences. I did not know Nissen was doing any investigations until he told me.

He was able to verify over 100,000 miracles through my ministry between 2000 and 2003 in Denmark alone. I allowed him to follow me and document every single miracle. I even instructed the doctors to verify and certify that people were sick before coming to our ministry.

I invite the media to come and verify these miracles that are going to take place in Kenya throughout our two week work in the country.

Where will you be preaching?

I am in Kenya from 2nd to 16th September 2018 as a guest of Tent of Testimonies Ministries International, popularly known as TOT led by Prophet Fred Akama. TOT is hosting The Festival of Miracles for two weeks in its sanctuary located above the Nissan Showroom, off the Bunyala road roundabout. The main objective of the Festival of Miracles is the salvation of souls accompanied by supernatural miracles, healing and deliverance.
