Nairobi Governor Mike Mbuvi Sonko has requested the people of the great county of Nairobi to help him select a deputy governor after his first deputy Polycarp Igathe resigned claiming that he failed to earn governor Sonko's trust.
Through a Facebook post on his official Facebook page, governor Sonko provided a list of politicians both men and women asking for Nairobians to give out their opinions on who he should nominate as his assistant.
“Great people of Nairobi, some say politics is about numbers. This FB page of mine has over 1,300,000fans out of which 925,892 are Nairobians.I believe it is you the great people and God who have the powers of nominating leaders. Hence hebu munisaidie hapa whom do you think deserves to be my Deputy Governor?”
