This Kenyan judge must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed

Judges are feeling the effect of slashed allocation by treasury to fund the October 26 election.

A judge was overheard saying could no print a whole judgment as there was no papers to do so.

"When I went to print there was no stationery, I am told that the budget was cut," the judge was heard saying.

This lack of funds might have equally been affecting repairs works as left some of the toilets in the judiciary are left in a sorry state. A user was overheard complaining that a toilet, at the Supreme Court, had stained sinks and another in the men public toilet at Milimani had some doors tied with strings.

At the same time, a sitting posture by a man inside a courtroom appeared to annoy a judge to an extent she cautioned him 'not to sit like he is in Uhuru Park.'

The user had the hands spread on the chair, in a relaxed mode, keenly listening what was being said.

Our bird in court tell us that his sitting caught the eye of the judge and after the caution, the man had to sit upright.

The judge was not done yet, she ordered a journalist out of her court room who was writing 'for destructing the court.

The journalist was puzzled as the judge did not explain what she was not comfortable with.
