Following the alleged killing of IEBC ICT Manager Chris Msando, Moses Kuria has come under fire over a Facebook post he put up, showing him pointing to Msando's car parked in Roysambu.
Kuria, in the post, claimed that the IEBC ICT officer was enjoying himself with a woman, moments before Msando's death was announced.
