Kisumu politicians in trouble for stealing from photographer.

A celebrated professional photographer in Kisumu has threatened to sue aspiring politicians in the county for allegedly stealing from him.

Tonny Omondi has accused gubernatorial aspirant Dr. Hezron McOmbewa and Mr. Joakim Swagga of theft and infringement on his intellectual property.

"Using a photographer's image without paying or seeking consent is theft," said Mr. Omondi on his social media page.

Mr. Omondi has noted that such individuals should not be trusted with a public office as they do not respect other people's property and he added that enough prove that they cannot be trusted with public resources.

"If these aspirants can steal my copyrighted pictures to use in their campaigns, can they really be trusted with county resources?" Omondi asked.

According to him enough of talks had been made and pressing charges is the best way to deal with them.
