Kenya has become a lawless country

I strongly concur with political analyst Makau Mutua's sentiment that Kenya has become a "lawless" country where public funds are looted and nothing is done.

Unqualified people are rigged into senior offices and nothing is done. Police and public officials routinely demand bribes from the weakest class and nothing is done. We live in a country where leaders fail us the most in the world.
