BOBASI MP WANTS KCSE STUDENTS TO KEEP OFF EXAM IRREGULARITIES

Bobasi constituency Member of Parliament Stephen Manoti has called on 2016 KCSE candidates to desist from examination malpractices and adhere to set rules and regulations to have genuine results for his constituency.

In a message to his supporters on various social media platforms, the MP said he had supported many parents who have invested in their children's education and would not want to be shocked by poor or cancelled results for whatsoever reason.

"Every year we allocate over 55 per cent of our NCDF to education and we have over 4000 university and college students benefiting alongside a large number in high schools. We want to know the progress we make as we wish our candidates the best," he said.

He said his constituency had improved from being the last in Kisii County and emerged second saying he expected to top amid having the largest number of schools.

"We have the largest number of schools in the county but managed to improve due to proper management of schools and development of additional infrastructure through CDF. I expect that we emerge the best in Kisii come next year,“ he said.
