In a desperate attempt to save Toi Market, County Assembly Leader of Majority Peter Imwatok is proposing the market be renamed after Raila Odinga.
According to Imwatok, this will scare away would-be arsonists. "We are planning to bring another motion to change Toi Market into Raila Odinga market so that we can safeguard the legacy of this market through a legend," he said.
