William Ruto: Africa won't recognise military rule in Sudan

The head of state spoke in Nairobi during the launch of the State of Migration in East and Horn of Africa report. [PCS]

President William Ruto has said the continent and the region will not entertain any military rule in Sudan.

The Kenyan leader, who has been tasked by a regional bloc, IGAD together with other Heads, to help in reconciling the conflicting groups, called out the two warring Generals, military chief Abdel Fattah Burhan and Rapid Support Forces (RSF) Commander Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo for their continued fighting that is destabilising the country.
