The recent decision by the Supreme Court of Kenya (S.C.O.K) on freedom of association by the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, Transgender & Intersex (LGBTQI) persons heralded an uncomfortable jurisprudential spur towards recognition of persons subscribing to the said community.
