The National Schools and Colleges Drama Festival, whose 51st edition was concluded last weekend, is always fraught with drama of unique sort.

The most captivating this year was that its main venue was the imposing Kisumu Pentecostal Church with a seating capacity of 3,000.

This was a first for the Festival to conduct its proceedings in a place of worship for half a century.
