SSMB, Coca Cola in Nyayo branding deal

Soft drink manufacturer coca-cola and the Sports Stadia Management Board, have revived the stalled Nyayo national stadium partnership. The deal collapsed at the inception stage in 2009 but the new one year deal now allows the beverages company to brand the stadium at a cost of 24.5 million shillings. However the landmark 30,000 seater stadium retains its original name, the Nyayo national stadium.
