The second edition of the Nairobi Film Festival cames to a successful end over the weekend after an eventful week of selling out of tickets and full theatre halls. The festival had an efficacious opening on Tuesday evening to the first sold out showing of the festival.

Two of the most awaited Kenyan films of the first quarter of 2018 were set to premiere there, namely Supa Modo and Disconnect. Supa Modo, which premiered on Tuesday evening, had received the Children’s Jury Special Mention at the 2018 Berlin International Film Festival that took place from February 15-22nd.
