Former Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is reportedly close to agreeing to a deal to take over at the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium for Inter Milan.

The Serie A side have Luciano Spalletti in charge and they will only let him go if they can manage to get the signature of his Italian counterpart.

If they manage to get their man, a deal will have to be announced before the end of June due to regulatory issues.

Conte still has problems with his former employers over the terms of his departure from the bridge and a case has been filed with the Premier League arbitration tribunal.

However, more reports claim that his deal with Inter hinges on Massimiliano Allegri’s situation at Juventus

Conte enjoyed his time at Juventus before being replaced by Allegri. After delivering his eighth consecutive title for the Old Lady, the Juventus manager may look for a new challenge somewhere else.

If the scheduled talks between him and the Juventus chiefs break down, he may leave, opening the door for Conte to return to his former club where he is adored to this day. Hence, the end to his imminent inter Deal.

Inter sit third in the league, 26 points behind Juventus.?
