Chelsea striker issues apology to Blues fans after liking Arsenal stars pictures

Patrick Bamford has issued an apology to Chelsea fans after liking photos of Arsenal stars celebrating derby win over Chelsea.

Mesut Ozil and Hector Bellerin posted a selfie on their Instagram account celebrating Arsenal's 3-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday.

Despite still being a Chelsea player, Bamford appeared to like both pictures - which was quickly noticed by Chelsea fans.

Bamford insisted he only clicked on the photos because Ozil and Hector Bellerin are his friends.

"Wth regards 2 the Instagram pics I liked, was only liking my friends pics as I've done many a time. No shade or disrespect intended. Sorry (sic)," On-loan Chelsea striker tweeted.
