Japhter Rugut, the CEO of Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya (Adak) has exuded confidence that the Anti-Doping Bill 2016 will be passed on Tuesday in parliament.

“I was in parliament on Tuesday and our MPs looked determined to speed up the Bill. They all supported it and I could not hear any dissenting voices.
