The High Court has declined to block Capital Markets Authority (CMA) from probing former Nairobi governor Evans Kidero's accounts in relations to his stint at the Mumias Sugar Company.

Justice Hedwig Ong'udi said that Kidero had not provided evidence that the regulator was acting against the law.
