Arsenal is yet to secure season champions league

Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck’s stunning performance yesterday, left fans ashamed after staging anti-Wenger protest.

Arsenal moved into third place after securing a 1-0 win over Norwich City who are now stuck in 19th position, behind Sunderland and Newcastle.

However, there was division between supporters, some holding up posters reading ‘Time for a change’, after every 12 minutes marking the dozen years they have lost.

Speaking after the match, Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger said that the team was absolute in winning the game and they did it.

“Teams have come here and have sat very deep.” Wenger Said.

The remaining task is to control the gap between them and Manchester City who plays Southampton, a game in hand today.

To manage, the Gunners will have to make up a deficit on Sunderland and Newcastle and the games against Manchester United, Watford and Everton await Alex Neil’s side.

In another match results, Newcastle United beat Crystal Palace 1-0 and Sunderland rescued a point following a penalty gasp from Jermain Defoe in a 1-1 draw with Stoke City.
